My research agenda primarily focuses on the well-being and success of marginalized communities across various higher education contexts and on how educational environments inhibit or promote success. I view my research through the lens of advocacy and as an opportunity to foster spaces that amplify the voices and experiences of marginalized and historically underrepresented communities.
